Training and Simulation

Extensive Training and Simulation of personnel provides your crew with the necessary knowledge and skills to complete all operations. Our team provides expert instruction with on-site supervision and training, as well as classroom training. Virtual Reality (VR) simulator training can also be provided to further increase your crews skillset. Consequently, we are able to build talented work crews that are confident on the worksite.  

Utilizing a digital LMS (Learning Management Software), trainee progress is tracked digitally throughout the project. Course material can also be posted and shared between trainees.

ON-SITE TRAINING:

During the on-site training, C-sense’s trainers conduct operations as well as train your crew. The trainers observe your crew and watch for proper  practices and habits as well as improper operations. These are discussed with the crew and corrected if necessary. As operations resume, the practices are observed to verify that the crews are following instructions in applying the new practices.

A log of all activities is kept and can be submitted to you on a weekly or biweekly schedule so that you can track the process as well. 

CLASSROOM:

In the classroom training, the C-Sense trainers conduct numerous skill & knowledge tests. These tests are to verify the extent of the trainee’s understanding of the underbalanced concepts.
